Tide Table: Marina Cruz

Mind Set Art Center (MSAC) is honored to have collaborated with Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts (KdMoFA) again to present Marina Cruz’s first large-scale museum solo exhibition, entitled Tide Table. MSAC first invited the artist for the exhibition in 2018, and in 2019, the exhibition was confirmed to be curated by the highly respected Southeast Asian Art scholar, Patrick Flores. It took nearly three years of preparation before this touching exhibition informed by heartwarming memory could be accomplished and unveiled. As the title given by the curator suggests, the “tide” co-created by nature and art has been ever-rolling in our eyes and minds upon our entering the exhibition and immersing us all.
